If you answered Option C for the Blue Light Special you would have received a $198 fine and 3 demerit points.
Option C
Driving across a single continuous dividing line to the left of a broken dividing line to make a U-turn is not permitted. Driving across a single or double continuous dividing line to make a U-turn is also not permitted.
Option A
Option B
In option A you are permitted to turn right across a single continuous dividing line to the left of a broken line to enter or leave a road. Likewise in option B you are permitted to turn right across a single continuous dividing line to enter or leave a road.
